The Office of Polar Programs Antarctic Infrastructure and Logistics section welcomes Mr. Joe Miller as Antarctic Facilities Manager. In this role, Mr. Miller has the overall responsibility for facilities and utilities maintenance and project oversight at all U.S. Antarctic Program locations.
